The Acacia Health Center has been given a 5-Star rating by the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services and received a deficiency-free survey from the Arizona Department of Health Services, Bureau of Long-Term Care Licensing. We maintain an optimal staff-to-resident ratio to enable team members to do their best work. Work-Life Balance
When they’re here, our Sagewood team members work diligently, so we make sure to respect their personal time. Nursing associates work 12-hour shifts. Food and beverage workers don’t have to work late nights. Cooks in the health center or independent living are usually finished working by 8:00 or 8:30 p.m. Dietary aides typically end their days by 7:30 p.m. And servers often head home around 9:00 p.m. We know great schedules make associates happier when they’re at work. We want you to have time to do what you love outside of the workday as well.
